Chap Goh Meh - Kek Lok Si - Part 5

Chap Goh Meh - Kek Lok Si - Part 5
Previous installment, Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4.

It had been awhile since I last thought of moving up the stairs but here again we got distracted by some cute little "pets".So here we are, decided to take another group photo. Our very hardworking and proffesional photographer setting up his tools.Opps, he runs out of charges.

From where we were standing, we can actually had a bird eye view of the lower part (the part where we took photos). The parking area was also visible. The main spot of attraction, the KuanYin.The place is still however under construction as there will be actually at roof as indicated by the poster.
On the mean time, someone from Aiyer Item area was doing some fire work and the sound was audible. Fortunately I discovered the event quick enough and had the time to take a few pictures of it.I initially intended to take video of it but was too late...

Back to the scene, here, we had a wishing tree. The colourful tree leaf was actually hanged by visitors where they first wrote down their wishes over the piece of cloth and then hang it on the tree. I overheard a conversion where a lady mentioned about "the higher you can hang your wishes, the better it will come true!!", true or not, I don't know.

Finally, on the wallwe got a Buddha's Holy Script.

Looking at the watch, it was then 10.30p.m. and the girl in the gang suggested that we should start moving home as all of us will need to work the next day. Yet again, our "proffesional" had gone missing...

To be continue...

Cheers!!
